Providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years, our passionate team is dedicated to nurturing confident, capable and curious learners. As part of the Abbotsleigh community, you'll enjoy the unique opportunity to work within a Pre K-12 educational environment, with our purpose-built Early Learning Centre located on the Junior School campus. Operating from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm on weekdays for 49 weeks of the year, our Centre is known for its strong sense of community, exceptional team culture and commitment to professional growth.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in the implementation and evaluation of educational programs
- Observe, document and share children's learning with families
- Build respectful, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Maintain safe, welcoming and engaging learning environments
- Support children's wellbeing, development and learning
- Uphold high professional standards at all times
- Contribute to the warm, collaborative culture that makes Abbotsleigh Early Learning such a rewarding place to work
- Rostered between 7.15 am-6.45 pm, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, OR
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- First Aid certification
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear communication skills
